"It is a privilege to be able to sponsor a child that otherwise would not have an opportunity for education. I am sponsoring a five year old girl, Sangmo, in Tibet, so she can go to school. My mom put me through school, and for that I am ever grateful. As a result, I can now help this girl. Providing this opportunity seems like the smallest thing I can do, but I know it makes a difference. I am beginning to have a relationship with Sangmo over skype and email, and I look forward to watching her grow, and perhaps one day meeting her in person. Even to help one child is a gift to yourself, as well as to him or her. The gift that you give gives back to you many fold!"
